Our Story
V & P Family Pty Ltd was founded in Perth with a simple conviction: family businesses deserve advice that genuinely understands family. Western Australia runs on family enterprise — building and construction firms, farms and pastoral properties, professional practices, hospitality venues, manufacturers and retailers — yet most advisers treat them like any other company. They are not. A family business carries three overlapping systems at once: the family, the ownership and the business itself. Decisions made in one circle ripple through the others.
Our founders grew up around family enterprise and saw first-hand how succession conversations get delayed, how goodwill can be consumed by conflict, and how the right structure at the right moment changes everything.
